Application:
Designed for industrial, commercial and residential doors, especially
in outdoor applications.
Leaves:
The leaves are formed of 304 Stainless steel. Both leaves are
swaged approximately one half the pin diameter, leaving a minimum clearance
between the leaves when parallel.
Pin and Tips:
The tip at the top of the knuckle is fastened to a stainless steel pin.
The lower tip has a knurled plug that is pressed into the knuckle, and
also has a hole so the pin can be removed with a drift.
Screws:
18-8 Stainless steel Phillips flat head tapping screws are included
with each hinge.
