Application:  Designed for industrial, commercial and residential doors, especially in outdoor applications. Leaves:   The leaves are formed of 304 Stainless steel.  Both leaves are swaged approximately one half the pin diameter, leaving a minimum clearance between the leaves when parallel. Pin and Tips:  Fixed flat tips retain the loose pin.  The pin and tips are made from 304 Stainless steel.  The tips have a knurled plug that is pressed into the end of the knuckle; and although the tips are not designed for removal, and most likely will be damaged if removed, they can be removed. Screws:  18-8 Stainless steel Phillips flat head tapping screws are included with each hinge. Made in China
