If you wish
to purchase more than 1 of an item, change the number in the quantity
box to indicate
the number of the listed item you wish to purchase, and then left click
the button.
The Show My Order screen will list the quantity and item
you have just selected for purchase, as well as any items that were
selected previously.
To return to
the previous catalog page, click the Back or Return button
in your browser window frame.
At any time
you can view all of the items you have selected for purchase by left
clicking
Show my Order in the top row of the
navigation table near the top and/or bottom of any page.
If you wish
to Checkout, go to the Show My Order
screen and left click near the bottom right corner of the screen. From there
you will enter the secure online ordering area. Provided you have
not already done so, the Personal Information
screen instructs you to login to your account, or input your billing
and shipping address information. This screen also offers you
the option to create an account by submitting a user name and password.
The next screen, Shipping & Payment,
lists your shipping and billing address information for review, as well
as shipping cost options and payment method options. The final
order screen, Place Order,
lists all your order information for final review, and provides input
for the various payment methods. After you finish placing your
online order, an Order Confirmation
screen will list the details of your order and your order number.
An e-mail confirmation of your order will also be sent to the
e-mail address you submitted.
To return to
the catalog after you have placed an order, left click
near the bottom
of the page, or select from the listings in the navigation table near
the top and/or bottom of any page.
Transactions are encrypted
via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. Look for the "https" (https://gatelatchusa.com/...)
in the address line, or the lock icon that is displayed in your browser
window frame when you are on the check-out pages.
If a screen shows
that your shopping cart is empty after you have selected an item for purchase,
your internet privacy settings may need to be set to allow cookies from
our site. Cookies allow your computer to keep track of the items
you select for purchase.
To adjust your
privacy settings to accept cookies from our site:
1) Left
click "Tools" in your browser window and select "Internet Options" from
the drop-down window.
2) Click
the "Privacy" tab, and from the options in the Settings box, click "Sites".
3) Copy
www.gatelatchusa.com and paste the our URL address in the "Address
of Web Site" box on the "Manage Sites" page, then click "Allow" to add
our website URL to your allow list.
4) Click
"OK" at the bottom to close the screen.
5) Click

6) Go back
to a price page and click the "Refresh" button in your browser window
frame and start your order selection again.
The Shipping & Paymentcheck-out screen lists USPS and
UPS delivery service options and pricing. Select your preferred
delivery service option by clicking the corresponding radio button.
Please note:
Even though a USPS delivery option is listed, depending upon the item/s
ordered, it may not be available as the carrier's package would not be
large enough to hold the ordered item/s. If you select a delivery
option that is not large enough to hold the item/s that you have ordered,
an e-mail will be sent requesting your approval to change the delivery
method to the least expensive delivery service that is available.
Alternately you can indicate your approval for us to use the least expensive
USPS delivery service that is available by checking the least expensive
delivery service option radio button, and adding a comment on the final
check-out screen to indicate that you are willing to pay up to a certain
amount for the least expensive USPS delivery service. In this case
we will process your order without delay.
There are many
country requirements that we are not familiar with concerning the export
and import of merchandise, so we do not encourage international business.
If you find the terms of our Canadian Shipping Policy acceptable, we would
gladly give further consideration to your order.
Once we receive
a Canadian Order submission, an e-mail will be sent that includes our
Canadian Order/Shipping Policy terms, and terms and/or additional
questions that are specific to the order submission. Canadian orders
will not be billed or processed until after we receive an e-mail whereby
you (the customer) agree to our Canadian Order/Shipping Policy
terms that are specific to your order, and only after the final shipping
options/details have been established.

order amount for Canadian shipments is $25.00.
Shipments to Canada can incur
additional costs in the form of international shipping rates, tariffs,

(if requested). We assume no responsibility for the order/shipment once
we have delivered it to the carrier.
Orders that qualify for USPS
Priority Mail International** shipping will be listed on the invoice and
billed to the customers credit card. For all other shipments the customer
will need to submit their UPS account number for direct billing.
A $10.00 handling charge, that
covers packaging and originating shipping documents/processing, will also
be listed on the invoice. We will not process country of origin, or other
documentation as may be required by customs other than the standard documents
that are generated by USPS Priority Mail International, or UPS. We encourage
Canadian customers to research import requirements with the carrier, customs,
and possibly other government organizations.
We require that the ship-to-address
be the same as the address that is on file with your credit card issuing
bank.
