US32 Polished stainless steel, fixed flat tips, mortise hinge. Hinges have 1/4" radius corners and ANSI template hole pattern. Leaves, pin and tips are made from type 304 stainless steel. Includes 18-8 stainless steel Phillips flat head tapping screws.

Fixed Flat Tips-  This style has tips with a knurled plug that is pressed into the end of the knuckle. Although the tips are not designed for removal, and most likely will be damaged if removed, they can be removed.

Note:  The screw holes are not located according to ANSI specifications (see "Details" for layout). In addition, most of the leaf finishes have various imperfections that range from a small indentation or pit mark, to many small marks and one to several larger marks as might be the result of being struck with a nail set or the corner of a hinge leaf.
