Full Mortise- A selection of loose pin or fixed tips, square corner, full mortise butt hinges where the leaves are swaged approximately one half the pin diameter, leaving a minimum clearance between the leaves when parallel.
Full Mortise Radius Corners- A selection of loose pin or fixed tips, 1/4" or 5/8" radius corner, full mortise butt hinges where the leaves are swaged approximately one half the pin diameter, leaving a minimum clearance between the leaves when parallel. These are designed for machine routed doors and jambs.
Full Surface- These hinges have square corners and the leaves are not swaged (both leaves will lay flat on a surface when the hinge is open). They are designed to be installed on a flat surface in the open position such as on a fence and gate.
